I am interested in obtaining a position as a designer on a Store/Company Design Team for scrapbooking products. I am also interested in obtaining opportunities to work as a published free lance artist.
Style and Background:
My passion for scrapbooking began after my study in Europe. I needed a way to save all the photos, postcards and various memorabilia I collected after living in Switzerland and traveling to 10+ countries. I love that scrapbooking lets me combine my love of photography, design, and writing. I love to tell the story with words, photos and scrapbooking products. It is without a doubt my passion. However, since the birth of my son it has become an obsession. I scrapbook nearly everyday, and I post frequently in the gallery and on the message board at 2peasinabucket.com. When I am not scrapbooking, I am taking, editing, and printing photos.
My scrapbooking style can be described as very clean, graphic, bold and sophisticated. My family has dubbed it "graphically shabby." However, I love to experiment with different looks and love to use all types of paper and embellishments. I have a Digital SLR Rebel Camera, and can provide high quality photos and scans. I can design both computer generated and traditional layouts, as well as 12 x 12 or 8.5 x 11, or even smaller sizes. I also can make cards, and I can do sketches.

My work is increasingly being sought for publication in the scrapbooking industry. I am timely with assignments. I have completed special assignments for Memory Makers Magazine and Simple Scrapbooks in the past. I can provide references upon request.
